With a commitment to Japanese craft and creativity, Azumi offers a menu that showcases succulent citruses, fresh fish from the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo, and unique dishes like flash-fried miniature freshwater crabs. In fact, Azumi is the ONLY sushi/Japanese restaurant we will go to in Baltimore. It is quite expensive but worth it if your dinner is a special occasion. That said, however, we were disappointed in a crucial feature of sushi dining, and that is the lack of the "personal touch" we were expecting while seated at the sushi bar.
